1. Who We Are

Infibeefly ("Infibeefly", "we", "us", or "our") provides influencer marketing and collaboration coordination software through https://infibeefly.in and our web application at https://app.infibeefly.in.

The service is operated by Rahul Verma / Infibeefly from India.

For privacy-related questions, data access requests, or complaints, contact us at:

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, share, protect, retain, and delete personal information when you:

  • Visit our public website.

  • Register for or use an Infibeefly account as a Brand or Creator.

  • Sign in using Google Sign-In or another supported authentication method.

  • Use our creator discovery, campaign coordination, media kit, analytics, and communication features.

  • Subscribe to paid plans or contact our support team.

  • Connect supported third-party social media accounts.

By using our services, you acknowledge the data practices described in this policy. Where consent is legally required, we will request it before the relevant processing activity.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Infibeefly, we may collect the following categories of information.

3.1 Account Information

This may include your name, email address, telephone number if provided, account identifiers, password hashes, account role, profile photograph, biography, and account preferences.

3.2 Information Received Through Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in or register using Google Sign-In, we may receive the following information, depending on the permissions requested and granted:

  • Name: To identify your account and personalize your experience.

  • Email address: To identify your account, support account-related communication, and associate your Google login with your Infibeefly account.

  • Profile picture: To display your account profile, where available and applicable.

  • Google account identifier: To identify your Google account and associate it with your Infibeefly account.

We request only the Google account information necessary for the authentication and account features we provide. The actual information received depends on the Google Sign-In configuration and permissions used by our application.

Signing in with Google does not give Infibeefly access to your Google password. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or other Google services unless a separate feature explicitly requests the relevant permissions and explains their purpose.

3.3 Business and Creator Profile Information

We may collect business names, websites, brand guidelines, creator niches, public portfolio links, social media handles, campaign briefs, deliverables, messages, and information you voluntarily submit.

3.4 Connected Social Account Information

When you connect a supported social media account, we may receive account identifiers, public usernames, profile information, follower counts, and permitted engagement metrics according to the permissions you authorize and the relevant provider's APIs.

We do not receive your social media password through an authorized social account integration.

3.5 Subscription and Transaction Information

We may process selected plans, billing cycles, transaction identifiers, payment status, invoices, and billing history. Payments may be handled by third-party payment processors. Infibeefly does not store full payment card numbers or banking credentials unless explicitly disclosed in a separate applicable notice.

3.6 Technical and Log Information

We may collect IP addresses, browser types, device information, operating systems, access timestamps, pages visited, diagnostic information, and security events to operate and protect our services.

3.7 Communications and Support Information

We may retain emails, support requests, feedback, complaints, and information you provide when reporting an issue or requesting assistance.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Creating, authenticating, and managing user accounts.

  • Providing Google Sign-In and other supported login methods.

  • Identifying users and associating their authentication credentials with their Infibeefly accounts.

  • Providing creator discovery, campaign management, and collaboration features.

  • Displaying profile information and permitted analytics.

  • Processing subscriptions, payments, and invoices.

  • Maintaining platform security and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

  • Sending essential service announcements, account notifications, and security updates.

  • Responding to customer support requests and resolving disputes.

  • Improving service reliability and diagnosing technical problems.

  • Meeting applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the functionality disclosed to users, nor do we use it for advertising or sell it to data brokers.

5. Google Sign-In and Google User Data

5.1 Access to Google Data

When you choose Google Sign-In, Google authenticates you and provides Infibeefly with the account information authorized by you and permitted by the configured Google OAuth scopes.

We access only the Google user data required for the disclosed authentication and account functionality. We do not request additional Google API permissions merely because you sign in using Google.

If we introduce a feature that requires additional Google data, we will request the necessary permissions and explain the feature's purpose before accessing that data.

5.2 Use of Google User Data

Information received through Google Sign-In is used for:

  • Authenticating your identity.

  • Creating or identifying your Infibeefly account.

  • Associating your Google account with your Infibeefly account.

  • Displaying your name, email address, and profile picture where applicable.

  • Supporting account security and authentication-related troubleshooting.

We do not use Google user data to create advertising profiles, sell personal information, or develop unrelated advertising products.

5.3 Storage and Protection of Google User Data

Google account information received by Infibeefly may be processed by our application server and stored in our application database where necessary for account creation, authentication, and account management.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, restricted access, and appropriate credential protection measures, to protect stored information.

Authentication tokens and other credentials are handled according to their purpose and security requirements. We do not intentionally retain access tokens longer than necessary for the authorized functionality and applicable security or legal requirements.

The exact retention of account information depends on whether your account remains active, whether the information is needed to provide our services, and whether legal obligations require retention.

5.4 Sharing of Google User Data

We do not sell Google user data or share it with third parties for their independent advertising purposes.

Google user data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, database infrastructure, and security providers, only as necessary to operate, protect, and maintain our services.

We may disclose information where required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and our services.

We do not otherwise disclose Google user data to third parties except as described in this policy, with your authorization, or as permitted or required by law.

5.5 Google API Services User Data Policy

Infibeefly's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Where applicable, Google user data will be used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the application's interface, as permitted by Google's policy. Transfers, use, and disclosures will be limited to the purposes permitted by that policy.

5.6 Disconnecting Google Sign-In

You may stop using Google Sign-In and contact us to request assistance with your account or its associated login method.

You may also manage third-party account permissions through your Google Account settings where applicable. Revoking a Google permission does not automatically delete your Infibeefly account or all information already stored by Infibeefly. To request account and data deletion, follow Section 13.

6. Social Platforms and Connected Accounts

When you connect a supported social media account, you authorize the permissions presented by the relevant platform.

We use the resulting information only for the disclosed features, such as displaying permitted profile information, audience reach, or engagement metrics.

You can disconnect supported social accounts through the available account settings or the relevant social platform's permission controls, where supported.

Additional platform-specific data practices will be explained before we request permissions that are necessary for those integrations.

7. Sharing and Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We may share or permit processing of necessary information by service providers that support our operations, including:

  • Cloud hosting, database, and infrastructure providers.

  • Authentication and security service providers.

  • Email delivery and customer support providers.

  • Payment gateways and subscription billing partners.

  • Security monitoring and error diagnostic services.

These providers are permitted to process information as necessary to provide their services to us, subject to applicable contractual, confidentiality, and security requirements.

We may also disclose information to law enforcement, courts, regulators, or other authorities where required by applicable law or valid legal process.

We do not authorize service providers to use Google user data for purposes prohibited by Google's applicable policies.

8. International Data Transfers

Depending on our infrastructure and service providers, personal information may be processed or stored in India or other countries.

Where international transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to protect personal information in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain account security, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Google Sign-In information is retained only as necessary for account authentication, account management, and related legitimate operational purposes, subject to applicable legal requirements.

When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete it or securely dispose of it, subject to legal retention requirements, security needs, and applicable exceptions.

10. Security Safeguards

We implement reasonable technical, operational, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, and misuse.

These measures may include:

  • HTTPS/TLS encryption for data transmitted between supported clients and our services.

  • Restricted access to personal information.

  • Secure credential hashing where passwords are stored.

  • Access controls and authentication safeguards.

  • Appropriate handling of authentication credentials and tokens.

  • Monitoring and investigation of security-related events.

No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We continually seek to maintain safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you.

  • Request correction or updating of inaccurate information.

  • Request deletion of eligible personal information.

  • Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the applicable legal basis.

12. Children's Privacy

Infibeefly is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or the applicable age of legal majority, whichever is required by relevant law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact privacy@infibeefly.in so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

13. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Infibeefly account and associated personal information by emailing privacy@infibeefly.in from your registered email address.

Please include the subject line "Account and Data Deletion Request" and identify the account you want deleted. We may request additional information to verify that you own the account.

We will review and process eligible deletion requests within the time required by applicable law.

Following verification, we will delete or de-identify personal information that is no longer required, subject to applicable legal obligations, legitimate security requirements, dispute resolution, and other lawful retention exceptions.

Deleting your Infibeefly account does not necessarily delete information held independently by Google or other third-party services. You may need to manage that information through the relevant provider.

For questions about a deletion request, contact privacy@infibeefly.in.

14. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and application may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, session management, security, user preferences, and service performance.

Where required by applicable law, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

15. Legal Basis and Consent

Depending on the applicable law and processing activity, we process personal information based on consent, the necessity of providing our services, compliance with legal obligations, or other lawful grounds.

Where processing requires consent, we will request it before the relevant activity. You may withdraw consent by using available account controls or contacting privacy@infibeefly.in.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully completed before withdrawal. It may affect our ability to continue providing features that depend on the relevant information or permission.
