Community Guidelines

Infibeefly is committed to fostering an authentic, professional, and reliable ecosystem where brands and content creators can collaborate effectively. These Community Guidelines set the standards of conduct expected from every member of our community.

1. Be Truthful & Authentic

Accurate Profiles: Provide true, current information regarding your identity, audience, past brand relationships, and pricing.
No Artificial Inflation: Do not purchase, generate, or artificially boost followers, views, likes, or comments through bots, engagement pods, or click farms.
No Impersonation: Never impersonate another creator, celebrity, brand, or corporate representative.

2. Treat Others Professionally & Respectfully

Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, stalking, defamation, or derogatory comments will result in immediate suspension.
Respect Boundaries: Keep all communication focused on professional collaboration and creative production. Do not send unsolicited explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Constructive Feedback: Creative discussions and revisions should be handled constructively, politely, and within agreed parameters.

3. Honor Agreements & Commitments

Written Clarity: Document deliverables, deadlines, compensation, revisions, and usage rights before content creation starts. Follow our advice in How It Works.
Meet Deadlines: If an unforeseen emergency causes a delay, communicate proactively and professionally with your collaboration partner.
Fair Payment: Brands must disburse agreed compensation promptly upon satisfactory completion of agreed deliverables. Evading payment obligations violates our Terms of Service.

4. Safeguard Privacy & Security

Protect Credentials: Never share your Infibeefly password, OTPs, or third-party social media credentials with anyone.
No Doxxing: Never publicly share private contact details, payment receipts, confidential contract terms, or non-public communications without explicit consent.
Responsible Data Handling: Treat collaborator data with strict confidentiality in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Ensure Lawful Content & Full Transparency

Clear Disclosures: Creators and brands must ensure sponsored posts feature unambiguous disclosures (e.g., #ad, #sponsored) in accordance with our Sponsored Content Disclosure Guide.
Respect Copyright & IP: Only share media, audio, or graphics that you own or have obtained legitimate licenses for. Read our Creator Content & IP Policy.
No Illegal or Harmful Promotion: Do not promote illegal products, deceptive financial schemes, unverified medical claims, weapons, or hate-promoting content.

6. Violations & Reporting

Failure to adhere to these Community Guidelines may result in formal warnings, removal of content, restriction of account features, or permanent termination of access. If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, report it via our Report Content or Collaboration Page or email legal@infibeefly.in.
